The staff are pleasant and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. the location is fantastic, situated close to Cotton Tree shops, the beach, and the river. It's also within walking distance to the surf club. You'll enjoy a great variety of excellent food during breakfast time.

We stayed in a new-fashioned apartment with wonderful views, air con, laundry facilities. Location: the hotel was next to local coffee shops, and many good cafes...

Whole place was tidy with pleasant views; particularly good and fantastic location need to of built the accommodation in front of the tennis court. Budget apartment was ready when we arrived.

This place is conveniently located near shops and numerous dining options, just a short walk to the beach, and the rooms are modern and well-furnished with safety features like smoke detectors.

Excellent location. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Resort staff friendly and helpful. Onsite pool, spa, sauna and kids games room making it great for all the family. Self contained apartments were modern and spacious. Was upgraded to an ocean view apartment which was a nice extra.

The bedroom is quite nice, featuring an excellent view of the ocean. the open-plan layout creates a spacious feel. the location is fantastic, with easy access to all the activities a tourist would enjoy. It’s conveniently close to major shopping centres, local shops, the Surf Club, and the beach.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit having 2 small children. We were very happy with the size of the unit and it was extremely clean and well presented. It had everything we needed (plus!) and would definately suit families wanting to stay for longer periods of time. It had a full size kitchen which as great. It was very close to a lovely patrolled beach for safe swimming. The reception staff were very nice and it had secure underground parking.

We only had 2 issues - one was the very very slow elevator (only 1 of 2 working) which was very frustrating to all. However this is in the process of being updated so hopefully should not be an issue for much longer! The other issue we had was the bowls club across the road had a very loud party on the Saturday night and the music was thumping to the early hours of the morning which made it very difficult to sleep. I'm not sure if this is a regular thing and was definately a thumbs down, especially for families with kids who need their sleep!!

We booked it last minute through bookng.com and can't say a bad word about any part of the stay. The management of the resort were both lovely and extremely helpful. Value for money is on offer here and the unit we stayed in was extremely comfortable with everything we required on offer. Loved being across the road from the beach and only a 2 minute walk from a strip of shops with butcher, baker, supermarket, chemist, bottle shop, coffee shops, everything on hand

This place was well-kept and nicely furnished, featuring an outdoor bathroom that added a unique touch.

it was in a great spot it was walking distance to most things and it was easy to spend the entire day just chilling at the hotel.
